Golfers: records name, ID code, club affiliation, home
course, male/female tag, optional postal address, email address, phone
numbers, and notes. |

Courses: records any number of 18-hole
and/or 9-hole courses: pars, Course & Slope Ratings,
handicap ranking of each hole, yardages, and notes. Any number of sets
of tees for each course. |

Scores: records any mix of
18- and 9-hole scores, hole-by-hole or total. Optional performance stats such as fairways
hit, greens-in-regulation, number of putts, etc. |

Cards can be printed 1- or 2-across,
